Jason Schleifer is a passionate professional with a diverse skill set in entrepreneurship, management, animation, and character TD.

He co-founded Nimble Collective and led the Creator and Artistic Success Team (C.A.S.T.) to empower clients in producing exceptional animated content with empathy, creative problem-solving, and technical support.

With over 25 years of experience in the animation industry, Jason excels in devising strategic solutions for studios to achieve remarkable animated content while mentoring and collaborating with artists globally.

Jason's educational background includes a B.A in Art Studio with High Honors from UC Santa Barbara and an Honorary Doctorate in Animation from Digital Media Arts College.

Throughout his career, he has held key positions such as Chief Creative Officer at Griptape, Principal Creative Director at Amazon Web Services (AWS), Head of Character Animation at DreamWorks Animation, and more.

As a former member of the Short Films and Feature Animation Branch at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, Jason's expertise and leadership have left a significant mark in the animation industry.
