Jason Schklar is an accomplished game development consultant and co-founder of UX is Fine! With over a decade of experience as a studio leader for major companies including Amazon, Disney, Microsoft, and Zynga, he has a proven track record of improving player experiences, driving KPIs, and helping game developers find the fun. Schklar holds a Master of Arts in Social Psychology and Legal Decision Making from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Trent University. He is a recognized leader in his field, having founded both Jason Schklar Consults, LLC and Initial Experience Consulting, and served as Director of User Experience at both The Walt Disney Company and Zynga. His background also includes positions as a Senior User Researcher at Zynga, Games Usability and Playability Specialist at Microsoft Game Studios, and User Interface Designer at SPSS, Inc.
