Jason Rosenthal

Jason Rosenthal is a commercial real estate professional with extensive experience in the cannabis industry. He currently serves as the Director of Real Estate at Fine Fettle, a multi-state cannabis operator with operations in Connecticut, Georgia, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island.1

Prior to his current role, Jason held several positions at Parallel, including:

• Director of Real Estate (2021-2022)
• Senior Portfolio Manager, Real Estate (2019-2021)
• Financial Analyst, Real Estate (2018-2019)1

During his time at Parallel, Jason made significant contributions to the company's real estate portfolio:

1. He secured approximately $200 million in capital through purchase leasebacks with a major cannabis REIT to fund cultivation and processing facility projects in Florida, Pennsylvania, and Texas.1

2. Jason grew the company's real estate portfolio from 8 to approximately 150 leased and owned properties nationwide, including retail and cultivation facilities across multiple states.1

3. He played a key role in accommodating the company's expansion to over 2,500 employees in three years.1
