Currently serving as the Executive Vice President, Policy & Enforcement at NJOY, he brings a wealth of experience in managing legal affairs, business development, and commercial operations. With previous roles at Roivant Sciences, Advanced Accelerator Applications, WRS Therapeutics, and Phosphagenics Ltd., Jason has proven expertise in M&A deals, patent prosecution, regulatory affairs, and dispute resolution.
