Responsible for all innovation, operations, marketing, sales and product development for corporate training business. Launched business as a new, standalone subsidiary of a legacy edu business. Led business to dramatic revenue growth with a superior mix of new marketing tactics, sales strategy and product launches. Client list included Amazon, Guild Education, Unilever, Chipotle, Pepsi, Texas Department of Transportation.

Also served as General Manager of CDL.com, a lead generation portal for the transportation industry. Managed all media strategy and planning, as well as buy execution across search, programmatic, social, and audio. The Association for Talent Development (ATD) is a professional membership organization supporting those who develop the knowledge and skills of employees in organizations around the world. 

I was responsible for leading the education business as we marketed and delivered 600+ programs domestically and on 5 continents throughout the year.

I conceived, designed, oversaw development and launched new 'Elements' product line which was a library of 100+ online, asynchronous courses build on a cutting edge adaptive learning engine. 

I cut costs 25% and raised service levels as measured by NPS by redesigning our customer service and delivery architecture. 

Led the website redesign for an international audience for the education vertical.

Designed and launched over a dozen new service and product offerings in < one year.

My main focus was revenue growth by redeveloping marketing strategy, improving our performance in digital marketing channels, growing our program portfolio, and deploying analytics to help guide and support decision making regarding organic growth opportunities.

Fully accountable for improving retention and student success across the entire student life-cycle, from lead generation through employment placement. Developed and provided leadership for a new student services team that was centrally located and responsible for supporting a national footprint of students.

Added additional resources and built several predictive and mathematical models to optimize strategy and resources and deliver better student experience and enterprise results. 

Responsible for all forward looking forecasts of student population and market sizing across a network of 35 career and technical schools and built the forecast model in R / SQL to execute that work.

Led largest geographic region within Delta comprised of 9 technical schools, 100 million in revenue, and 500+ full time staff.

Led the only division within Delta to experience YoY growth in student population, revenue growth, and expansion of operating margin in FY2014.

One of 8 DVP's that managed the campus network; hands on leader for a division with over 1,000+ faculty/staff. Led all operational aspects including admissions and local marketing for markets in the northeast US.

Directly managed a revenue budget of over 140 million and 12,000 students. Managed the Campus Director/VP team in each market.

Recognized as being the only geographic division to exceed 100% of new enrollment plan for FY2012.
Responsible for the professional development and coaching for 6 campus directors and the hiring over over 20 department directors.

Directly managed a three-state geographic territory with campuses in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Virginia.

Responsible for a division of 200+ employees, and a P&L of $50+ million.

Recognized for turning around historically underperforming markets in the territory and returning to an average of 35% new enrollment growth.

Managed marketing efforts to facilitate large, urban market development to foster growth and brand awareness and generate prospective student requests for information.

Developed and leveraged regulatory affairs strategy to facilitate approval of four new location openings, 15+ new program approvals, and to impact numerous legislative initiatives across the territory.
