Jason Petersen, also known as Jason James, is a seasoned product and design executive with a passion for creating exceptional products, successful businesses, and impactful leadership.

Currently serving as the Co-Founder & COO of Tezi, Jason attributes his strong work ethic to his upbringing in rural Illinois, where he learned the values of hard work and humility.

Jason pursued his education in Design and Visual Communications at Northern Illinois University and further honed his skills in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Rock Valley College.

Throughout his career, Jason has held key roles in several prominent organizations, including Tezi AI, Instacart, Thumbtack, Earnest Inc., Intercom, Kin HR Software, and more, showcasing his expertise in product development and design.

In his free time, Jason enjoys exploring national parks, contemplating life's meaning, cooking for his wife, and immersing himself in business case studies at an accelerated pace.
