Jason Muller

Jason Muller is the Founder and CEO of Beach City Capital, a private real estate development and investment company based in Hermosa Beach, California. He has over ten years of experience in various aspects of real estate, including land use, entitlements, architecture, and development. His role at Beach City Capital includes overseeing deal creation, managing business and partner relations, and providing executive oversight on design and construction for investment projects.12

Before founding Beach City Capital in May 2014, Muller worked as a Development Associate at Ensemble Investments in Long Beach, where he managed over $100 million in private investment projects. His career began with a traditional training in architecture, followed by a transition into land use and entitlements as a Project Manager for Southern California Land Use, where he handled projects worth over $120 million.12

In addition to his role at Beach City Capital, Muller is also the founder of Local Collaborative, a co-working space that fosters entrepreneurship along the Hermosa Beach shoreline. This initiative reflects his commitment to creating collaborative environments for professionals and creatives.13
