Jason Mironov is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in finance and investment. He studied Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting at the University of Michigan's Stephen M. Ross School of Business, where he also served as the President of the Central Student Government. After graduating, he worked as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan in mergers and acquisitions before moving on to Spectrum Equity and later joining TA Associates as a Managing Director. Jason earned his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, undertaking internships at Daimler Chrysler and Technology Crossover Ventures. He currently serves on the board of directors at Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, the Benecon Group, Inc., Conservice The Utility Experts®, Plusgrade, and Procare Software. He also previously held board directorships at Stackline, Backstage, Zoominfo, and Discoverorg.

With a focus on private equity and venture capital, Jason has been an active investor at Dutch, LLC, the parent company of fashion brands JOIE, Current/Elliott, and Equipment. His leadership and management expertise have made him a valuable member of the organizations he's worked with, and his contributions have helped them achieve significant growth and success.
