Jason Malat

Jason Malat is a finance professional with a strong background in analytics and communication. He is a CFA Charterholder with extensive experience in revenue accounting, sales operations, budgeting, and expense management. Malat has also been involved in software revenue recognition and is familiar with related accounting pronouncements such as SOP 97-2, SOP 81-1, and EITF 00-21. With a keen interest in investing, Malat is an active member of an investment club that has been running since 2009.

Malat holds a degree in Corporate Financial Management from San Jose State University and has worked with various organizations over the years, including Apple's WW Sales Finance, where he played a key role in providing finance leadership in the areas of pricing and promotions. He has also served as Finance Controller at Cisco and as Revenue & Reporting Manager at CoWare, Inc. In addition, Malat has worked as an Office Manager at Marketing Maniacs.
