Here, he led a significant transformation, growing the team from just 4 members to an impressive 140 in just three years. Jason was instrumental in integrating design, data, and technology into Barnardo’s operations and fostering a new culture of innovation. His efforts resulted in optimizing service delivery, improving outcomes for children and families, and enabling 30,000 colleagues to embrace digital modernity.
Jason's earlier career saw him contributing his expertise as the Chief Digital Officer at UK Trade & Investment (UKTI) and leading initiatives like the Institute for Apprenticeships.
