Jason Luna

Jason Luna, an accomplished professional and co-founder of 38 Degree Draft, has made a name for himself in the industrial/organizational psychology industry. Graduating from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, and successfully concluding his undergraduate studies at Sewanee, The University of the South, Jason has particular expertise in consulting, startups, software-based hiring, project management, recruiting, and corporate restaurants. Furthermore, he has spent several years in various high-ranking positions, including the Chief Operating Officer at Rapid RMS, Manager, Talent and Selection at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries, Inc, and VP Business Development at Vikus Corporation. Throughout his illustrious career, he has acquired several skills, including designing, installing, monitoring, and maintaining draft beer and wine on tap systems as a certified Draft Services Technician. Additionally, Jason serves on the board of Harvested Here - a food hub and wholly-owned subsidiary of the Chattanooga Area Food Bank.
