Specifically in my role, I add value to this amazing team by building, implementing and overseeing processes that help key stakeholders that present the right data, and proper training, at the perfect time to help existing and soon-to-be CloudBreak healthcare partners.

Built and delivered sales strategy for growing sales & recruiting division within Audigy's private practice and medical offerings. Individual sales team member coaching to ensure each regional manager could achieve target while simultaneously improving their sales skills, and helping them achieve important personal, professional and financial goals. Managing budget, resource allocation and sales processes in traditional world (2018 & 2019), as well as updating to remain as successful in a digital-only sales environment (March 2020 and beyond). Supporting a Sales Enablement & Operations manager in building and deploying reporting, onboarding training, ongoing training for tenured sales team members.

Overseeing Southeast territory growth with private audiology, ENT, and university clinic support. Working in tandem with Inside Regional Manager to prioritize new & existing member growth.

Identifying ENT, Otology and Multi-Specialty clinics across US interested in process improvement, efficiency gain, data tracking & analytics, and growth within their organizations through audiology and allergy patient services.

Senior Membership Development Manager

Managed territories across Canadian provinces & Western US. Specific duties included: general and informational outreach, talent management, managerial roles in ensuring the department reaches targets and follows procedure. Collaborate with other departments (marketing, events, etc.) to ensure to ensure prospective members had the best possible experience, while learning if a partnership would be mutually beneficial.

Lead doorman for luxury hotel, acquired & distributed key Portland knowledge and activities to help guests have best possible experience. Navigating key clientele logistics, and handling high-stress situations with ease and comfort of hotel guests. Teamwork first environment where fast paced decisions needed to be made to help entire front door, bellman and valet team be poised and successful.
