Jason Levine

Jason Levine is the Associate Director at CapRidge Partners, where he plays a crucial role in the company's acquisition efforts, particularly in select Southeast markets and the Mountain West region. His responsibilities include analyzing new markets, sourcing deals, preparing financial models, underwriting assets, and conducting transaction due diligence. Additionally, he is involved in acquiring Texas-based properties and managing the growing portfolio of the Fund.1

Before joining CapRidge Partners, Levine spent eight years at Pearson Partners, Inc., a New York-based real estate investment and consulting firm. In this role, he managed a portfolio of approximately $250 million in retail and office properties and was instrumental in underwriting potential acquisitions across various markets. His experience also includes appraising over $5 billion in commercial real estate assets, including significant properties in New York City.1

Levine holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and Public Policy Studies from Duke University and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).1
