Jason Kanigan is a seasoned entrepreneur and founder of Cold Star Technologies, a company that provides process optimization services to organizations across different industries. With over 20 years of experience, Jason has developed a deep understanding of operations management, business administration, and business process improvement. Jason holds a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, and Diploma of Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Throughout his career, Jason has worked with different organizations, including healthcare facilities, sports teams, military organizations, food, pharma, and private prison operators, and has partnered with many business owners and CEOs to drive change and affect positive change in their organizations.

Jason is an expert in structured problem-solving methodology, and his team has developed machine learning and AI-enabled processes to co-create solutions with his clients' teams, ensuring that the solutions are easy to use and customer-focused. Jason has also served as a member of the Board of Advisors at Operational Excellence Society and Founding Partner and Chief Operations Officer at The Closing Engine.
