Meet Jason Hoffman, a highly experienced business executive and entrepreneur with a diversified background in technology. With a focus on revenue generation, Jason has expertise in various areas, including strategy, operations, engineering, product, support, sales, corporate development and business development.

A "Renaissance Engineer" by Jeff Bonwick, Jason is an innovative and experience-driven individual with a sharp mind for innovation, as described by Brendan Gregg. He knows how to discover new technologies and talent and lead cross-functional teams of complementary people working on hard problems.

With an extensive educational background, Jason holds a PhD in molecular pathology, a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in chemistry and biochemistry from the University of California, San Diego and University of California, Los Angeles, respectively. He has also studied directors' college at Stanford Law School.

Currently, Jason serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors and former President & CEO of MobiledgeX. He has also invested in companies, including Elevate Labs and Incredible Labs, and was a principal at S8 Family Asset Management LLC and S8 Advisory Partners LLC.

In the past, Jason held several executive positions at Ericsson, including CTO, Business Area Digital Services and Vice President, Head of Product Area Cloud Infrastructure. He also chaired the Board Of Directors at npm, Inc., was an executive and board advisor at Joyent, and a member of the Board of Directors at New Context.

Jason is a thought leader in the industrialization trend for data centers and has experience in building global, large-scale network/compute/data deployments. He also has a background in intellectual property development, transfer, and licensing across multiple industries.

In his spare time, Jason has served as a visiting lecturer at UCSD Department of Pathology and a master MCAT trainer at The Princeton Review. He has also worked as an emergency medical and trauma technician at St. Mary Medical Center Emergency Department and Trauma Center.
