Jason Ho

Jason Ho is the founder of Performance Capital™, with over 15 years of experience in training and coaching directors, GMs, and C-level executives of MNCs to optimize team development and drive PERFECT PERFORMANCE™.

He has worked with various organizations across Asia, Canada, and the UAE, including companies like Adobe, Merck, Ubisoft, DHL, Johnson & Johnson, Roche, Vans, and VF Corp.

Jason collaborates closely with Singapore's government agencies such as the Singapore Tourism Board, Enterprise Singapore, and the Ministry of Education to enhance the effectiveness of their leaders and teams.

As Southeast Asia's 1st Gallup Certified StrengthsFinder® & Platinum Coach, Jason has been a keynote speaker at an ASEAN Future Leaders Summit and organized the 1st ASEAN Strengths Education Summit in Singapore. He also serves on the panel of Singapore's NUS Business School as a StrengthsFinder® Advisor.

He holds the Practising Management Consultant Certification, recognizing his extensive experience in Personal Development coaching and Management consultancy, totaling over 14,000 hours. This certification is granted by the Singapore Business Advisors & Consultants Council.

Away from his professional endeavors, Jason explores playgrounds across the island with his wife, striving to be exemplary parents to their 5 children.
