Jason Harty is a seasoned brand strategist with a passion for delivering the best ingredients and consumer products to people from all walks of life. Harty specializes in product architecture, campaign management, media planning, online and offline advertising, partnership cultivation, and much more. His versatile, creative, and collaborative approach to leadership has fostered imagination, teamwork, and accountability in every workgroup he has led.

Harty has a BA from Marist College and has worked in various organizations. He is currently the CMO and GM Consumer Direct at Theo Chocolate, where he has significantly contributed to its notable success. Before that, he ran his own consultancy firm, Harty Interactive LLC, worked as CMO at Nourish Snacks, VP of Marketing at Justin's, and Sr. Director of Interactive & Field Marketing at Pretzel Crisps. Harty's innovation ideation, product development, online & offline interactive marketing, digital strategy & marketing, content development, community engagement, and field sales & marketing activation skills have also gained him positions as the Brand Manager, Innovation & Interactive, at vitaminwater and the Regional Marketing Manager at vitaminwater. He was also an Account Manager at m-Qube, Senior Account Manager at Alloy Media + Marketing, Field Manager at Student Advantage Marketing Group, and an Account Manager at Sitour USA. In his early days, Harty was a DJ at WPDH.
