Jason Graziani has a story of perseverance and leadership that is truly inspiring. Raised in a fatherless household and tasked with caring for his younger brothers after his mother became permanently disabled, Jason learned the value of hard work and taking charge at a young age. Despite a 4.0 GPA in high school and a degree from the University of Southern California in Entrepreneurship & Marketing, Jason found that his true education came from working in various industries. The experience of leading teams of people in positions ranging from shoe sales to financial services ultimately allowed Jason to retire his disabled mother by the age of 25.

Since then, Jason has continued to use his invaluable skillset to lead and coach others in building successful careers, and today he leads a national financial services agency while also pursuing his passions for leadership development and entrepreneurship coaching.

Through his role on the Chairman's Council at PHP Agency, Inc. and experience as Executive Vice President at the same company, as well as his time as Marketing Director at Transamerica and Service Manager at Cintas, Jason has developed a formidable bank of expertise on leadership, entrepreneurship, and financial services.
