Jason Futko is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in capital markets, finance, consulting, and project management. As the Co-Founder and CFO of KoreChain and KoreConX, he has played a pivotal role in developing the KoreConX Eco-System infrastructure platform. Prior to this, Mr. Futko founded and managed NVS Bancorp, an investment banking firm with operations in Toronto, Dubai, and Hong Kong. He also served as a partner at Newhaven, a boutique merchant bank, overseeing global operations from Dubai with a focus on lead generation, deal structuring, and management.

With over a decade of CEO, CFO, and directorship experience in both public and private entities, including Special Purpose Vehicles and alternative investment funds, Mr. Futko brings a wealth of expertise to his roles. He has a strong foundation in corporate consulting, specializing in restructuring, operational efficiency, and post-merger integration. His consulting portfolio includes engagements with the Canadian Government, major financial institutions, and technology companies.
