Jason Dubaniewicz is a lead full-stack developer with over 13 years of experience, excelling in the design, build, ship, and iterate SaaS software lifecycle. He has worked both hands-on and in leadership roles across companies of all sizes, including being the 1st engineering hire up to Dropbox.

Jason is proficient in the JavaScript ecosystem, specializing in TypeScript, Bun, React, and Svelte. He spearheaded the development of TrueRev, a B2B SaaS application in the finance domain, showcasing his skills in modern technologies like TypeScript, Svelte, Bun, Node, and Express.

He values the importance of simplicity in engineering processes, believing that teams should only introduce complexity when necessary to empower engineers to contribute effectively.

He has notable accomplishments such as building the TrueRev prototype for the first 25 customers, scaling up the team by 2x, and establishing the initial team structure of 6 members in engineering, product, and design at TrueRev. At Dropbox, he contributed to standardizing frontend architecture design patterns across multiple teams and served as a mentor in a diversity hiring pilot program.
