Jason Digges is an author, artist, philosopher, teacher, and media producer, known for his recent book 'Conflict = Energy, The Transformative practice of Authentic Relating.'
From 2003 to 2012, he was actively involved with Integral Institute, where he contributed significantly to producing extensive educational content on transpersonal psychology, spirituality, productivity, and personal growth.
