Jason Crouse is a seasoned entrepreneurial executive with over 30 years of experience in startup, operating, and executive management across various industries such as SaaS based Telecoms, Aviation, and Human Capital Management. He has a strong track record of successfully building and selling four SaaS companies, taking them from inception to over 500 employees and 20M+ users, catering to SMBs, global-enterprise, and mass-market consumer segments. Jason's expertise lies in strategic product development, achieving product-market fit, and effectively navigating the transition from startup to scale. He is well-versed in strategic M&A particularly in traditional Private Equity transactions, excelling in pre-merger strategies, synergies, operating models, and post-merger integration. Currently, Jason is the founder and CEO of Spoke Phone, a disruptive business telephony startup, and also holds positions on the board of JobRapido in Milan, Italy, as well as being an active investor in early-stage companies and an Executive in Residence at Symphony Technology Group, a leading Private Equity firm based in Palo Alto, CA.
