Jason W. Christopher
Passionate about quantitatively exploring the world
Jason Christopher is an accomplished physicist turned electrical engineer who has a passion for sensors and technology. He holds a Ph.D. in experimental condensed matter physics from Boston University where he conducted research in the field of 2D materials. Jason's expertise extends to micro/nano fabrication, MEMS, optics, Raman and photoluminescence spectroscopies, instrumentation, data analysis, and simulation. Prior to earning his Ph.D., he gained valuable experience working as an electrical engineer at EmSense Corporation and Apple Inc., with a focus on sensor design. His contributions to Apple's Touch Products team led to the successful launch of the Mid 2012 Retina MacBook Pro. He is now a data scientist at Myia Labs, further exploring his passion for sensors and technology. In his spare time, Jason is an avid skier and an alumni of the Aspen Valley Ski Club.
