Jason Carmichael

Jason Carmichael is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Oxford + Richmond, a distinguished executive and future leader search firm focused on pharmaceutical, hospital, and health technology sectors.

Jason's background includes extensive sales, consulting, corporate development, and executive leadership expertise, enabling him to excel in building and leading diverse teams, fostering lasting relationships, and influencing key stakeholders through effective negotiation and communication strategies.

Before co-founding Oxford + Richmond, Jason served as the VP of Corporate Development at Vivo, a globally traded medical company, where he focused on M&A, international business development, and driving performance and cultural enhancements. He also led the turnaround efforts as the President of Harvest Medicine, a subsidiary of Vivo.

Additionally, Jason held a significant role as the Director of Business Development and Operations at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, spearheading the establishment of a renowned pediatric concussion care center.

Over his career, Jason provided strategic consulting services to renowned healthcare and technology firms and held pivotal leadership positions at GlaxoSmithKline and Johnson & Johnson.

His educational background encompasses a diverse range of studies, including a double major in Psychology and History from Western University, a Leadership Development Program from Harvard University, a Global MBA from Ted Rogers MBA at Ryerson University, and studies in History/Italian at John Cabot University in Rome, Italy.
