Jason Becker

Jason Becker is a seasoned professional with a vast expertise in International Tax Services (ITS) and holds a senior partner position at PwC.

As the leader of the Financial Services (FS) tax practice in the Greater Texas market, he oversees a team of professionals in Dallas, Houston, Austin, and Fort Worth.

Jason has a background as the national practice leader for PwC's ITS FS team, specializing in developing cross-border tax planning strategies for asset managers in financial sectors like banking & capital markets, private equity, hedge funds, and real estate.

His areas of focus include designing new funds, tax-efficient investment structures, cash repatriation strategies, US withholding tax planning, global information reporting, and IRS controversy support for clients.
