Jasmine Shah is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive work experience in the public administration, policy, and advocacy sectors.
She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with specializations in Urban and Social Policy, as well as International Media, Advocacy & Communications from the prestigious Columbia University - School of International and Public Affairs.
Prior to her time at Columbia University, Jasmine pursued her engineering education, earning both M.Tech and B.Tech degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the esteemed Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
Jasmine Shah has played pivotal roles in various organizations, showcasing leadership and expertise in the field. She currently serves as the Vice Chairperson at the Dialogue and Development Commission Of Delhi, demonstrating her commitment to public service and policy development.
Her previous roles include serving as an Advisor at the Delhi Government and holding positions at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL), where she contributed significantly to the organization's mission. Within J-PAL, she has held positions such as Deputy Director, Assistant Director - Policy, and Policy Manager.
Jasmine also has experience working with the Janaagraha Centre for Citizenship and Democracy, where she served as the National Coordinator for the Jaago Re! One Billion Votes campaign and as a Project Coordinator for Ward Infrastructure & Services Assessment.
Her professional journey also includes a role as an Assistant Manager, Projects at ITC Limited, showcasing her versatility and ability to excel in different organizational settings.
