Jasmine Richards is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Head of Diverse Manager Investing at Cambridge Associates, where she focuses on identifying Women and People of Color asset managers in public and private markets. With a strong background in finance and strategy, Jasmine advises emerging investment managers.

With over fifteen years of experience spanning Quantitative Portfolio Management, Investment Banking, Equity Research, and Institutional Equity Sales, Jasmine has honed her expertise in both buy and sell side roles across various locations such as New York, Chicago, Boston, and Philadelphia; she has also gained international exposure in Brussels, London, and South Africa. Jasmine has a keen interest in Emerging Markets and stays abreast of cutting-edge technologies.

Jasmine Richards holds an MBA with concentrations in Finance, Accounting, and Strategic Management from the University of Chicago. She also participated in an International Exchange Program at the University of the Witwatersrand - Wits Business School, further enriching her academic background.
