Jasmina Henniova is a result-driven professional with a hands-on mentality and a strong passion for deep tech. Currently, she holds the position of Investment Manager at 3TS Capital Partners, where she brings her extensive experience and expertise to the table. Previously, Jasmina served as the Head of Startups and Community at Pioneers, collaborating closely with Pioneers Ventures and various venture capitalists on a global scale. In addition to her professional commitments, Jasmina is also an adept moderator and host.

With a keen interest in wine and gastronomy, Jasmina's diverse skill set extends to speaking fluently in five languages, with a continuous pursuit to learn her sixth language. Her areas of specialization include HealthTech, BioTech, AgTech, Gastronomy, Startup-Driven Innovation, Community Management, Sustainable Development, Moderation & Public Speaking, Non-Formal Education, and Intercultural Communication.

Jasmina's educational background is equally impressive, having studied Bilingual studies in French and Czech at Gymnázium Matyáše Lercha. Furthermore, she completed the Oxford Entrepreneurship: Venture Finance Programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics and International Development from Mendelova univerzita v Brně.
