Jasmin Jones is an accomplished sports performance coach and basketball coach who has dedicated her career to helping athletes excel in their chosen sports. With extensive experience in both coaching and personal training, Jones is uniquely positioned to train clients in all aspects of sports performance, from conditioning and strength training to mental focus and team building.
Jones holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management, and is currently a Master of Arts candidate in Interdisciplinary Studies with a concentration in Sports Management at Long Island University - Post. Her background also includes experience with the Women's American Basketball Association, where she served as a Professional Career Inquirer, as well as positions at the West Side and Vanderbilt YMCAs as a Sports Program and Day Camp Counselor.
Jones's professional experience also includes Assistant Coach, Women's Basketball at Long Island University - Post, Graduate Assistant, Women's Basketball at Long Island University - Post, and Personal Trainer at Nova Fitness Innovation. Her goal is to use her skills and expertise to provide the support necessary to help athletes achieve their full potential, both on and off the court.
