2. We built a smart recommendation model for replacements/ suggestions for picker to reduce the frictios in the replacement journey in local shops

Scaling up & optimize Fulfillment operations for DMarts while improving customer experience. 
1. We were able to reduce cost per order & increase the utilization rate by about 10-15% HoH!
2. We created a blueprint for optimisations to 
 - Reduce variation & time to pick, pack & dispatch per unit primarily using Location based inventory
-  Receiving partially, in bulk from DCs to drastically reduce receive time/unit & put-away time/unit
-  Reduce partial fulfillment with high inventory accuracy
 - Increase Utilization rate of workforce by managing clock-in/out, task management, shift optimization & more
In Dark stores (Dmarts), we were able to reduce Shopper CPO by 34% in FY22-23!
