Jarrod Smith

Jarrod Smith is a creative and passionate coffee professional with nine years of experience in specialty coffee and more than two decades of providing excellent customer service. He holds a graphic design associate's degree from Ivy Tech Community College and has put his skills to use in sales presentations, workplace kitchen consulting, print and website design, search engine optimization, and social media management. Smith has also worked as a project lead, trainer, and marketer, establishing valuable vendor relationships along the way. A member of the Specialty Coffee Association and Coffee Roasters Guild, Smith's love for coffee takes him to events for learning opportunities, where he enjoys volunteering.
