Jaroslaw Grygolec is a highly educated professional with a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Arts in Banking and Finance from SGH Warsaw School of Economics.

With a strong background in data science and finance, Jaroslaw has held key positions in various prestigious organizations. Currently, he is the Data Science Team Leader at PKO Bank Polski, overseeing innovative data projects and strategies.

Prior to his current role, Jaroslaw served as a Senior Data Scientist in CRM at PKO Bank Polski, where he contributed to enhancing customer relationship management through data-driven approaches. His expertise also extends to credit risk modeling, having worked as an Expert in Credit Risk Modeling at Kredyt Bank.

Jaroslaw Grygolec's academic journey includes research roles at renowned institutions such as the Università degli Studi di Trento - University of Trento and the University of Minnesota, where he served as a Research Assistant.
