Jarmo Rintamäki is a highly accomplished senior training manager, with over two decades of experience in technical training and competence transfer. He holds an MSc in Process Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Management from the University of Oulu.
Jarmo has an impressive work history, having held several managerial positions in Nokia, including Manager of Developer Consultancy Network, Head of Training Services, Nokia Developer, Head of Training Services, Microsoft Mobile Oy at Microsoft, and Manager, University and Training Services, Forum Nokia at Nokia. At Nokia, he primarily developed global training programs and scouted and developed learning solutions for emerging technologies.
Jarmo also worked as a counselor, business, and innovation booster at TreStart, Tampereen kaupunki - City of Tampere, where he helped start-up companies conceptualize and execute their business plans. As a project manager at TreStart, Tampere Region Economic Development Agency Tredea, and a development team member at TreStart - Innovations and New Jobs (formerly Alusta), he assisted budding entrepreneurs in creating new jobs and innovations.
Currently, Jarmo is a senior training manager at Qvantel, where he develops digital business support systems and services for business automation in customer services. At Qvantel, he specializes in delivering customer training programs globally and has recently conducted training deliveries in Asia, Europe, and LAM.
Jarmo's interests lie in scouting new capabilities and exploring new topics. He welcomes connecting with anyone for projects related to these interests.
