Jari Lassila is an accomplished business leader with a broad range of expertise in areas such as transformation programs, project management, strategy process, technology strategy, operational excellence, lean methodologies, post-merger integration, process performance development, and digitalization. He has extensive experience in operations, supply chain management, HSEQ, engineering, production management, and change management.
Jari has studied at SKEMA Business School, Sophia Antipolis campus in France, Lappeenranta University of Technology, and Kotka Institute of Technology where he obtained his B.Sc. in Automation Technology. He values continuous learning, and this drives his career as he challenges old beliefs and focuses on driving team success across multiple cultures.
