Jared Newmark

Jared Newmark is a Senior Account Manager at Wefunder with a focus on building community rounds for startups globally, especially for underrepresented founders like LGBTQIA+, women, and POC founders.

Passionate about decreasing the wealth gap, environmental justice, racial justice, and queer liberation.

Apart from his professional career, he is a dedicated songwriter and owns a publishing imprint at BMI, deeply connected to his first love, music.

He pursued his education at Riverdale Country School, obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Architectural Studies from Brown University, and further studied Architecture at Rhode Island School of Design.
