Janneke is also a key figure at MIF (Mainport Innovation Fund), a Venture Capital fund concentrating on logistics, transport, and aviation innovation. Through MIF, entrepreneurs receive not only venture capital funding but also benefit from the fund's expertise and global network, including partnerships with industry giants like Schiphol, KLM, TU Delft, NS, and Port of Amsterdam.

Janneke Bik's educational background includes a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in the same field, both from Technische Universiteit Delft.

In terms of professional experience, Janneke has held key positions in several distinguished organizations, including being a Partner at SHIFT Invest, NBI Investors, and Mainport Innovation Fund. Formerly, Janneke has served in roles such as Finance & Strategy at MI Airline, Member Of The Board Of Advisors at Vandebron, Associate Director at Dutch Greentech Fund/Mainport Innovation Fund at Rabo Private Equity, and as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company.

Janneke Bik has also contributed to various social causes and initiatives, having volunteered at Macheo Children's Centre NGO and worked as a Young Graduate Trainee at the European Space Agency.
