Janne Kaukojärvi

Janne Kaukojärvi is a seasoned business development and growth funding professional with a strong emphasis on fostering communication, motivation, coaching, and listening skills.

With a background in Military and Leadership studies from the Finnish Defence Forces, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Management from Karlstad University, and a Diploma Programme from International Baccalaureate, Janne brings a diverse educational foundation to his professional endeavors.

Having experience working in both Finland and Sweden, Janne has honed his skills in various roles at Spinverse including Manager of Business Development, Consultant, Analyst, and Junior Analyst. He has also worked as a Consultant at Apecs Studentkonsulter and as a Supplemental Instruction Leader at Karlstad University.

Outside of work, Janne is passionate about sports activities and believes in the power of teamwork for achieving true success. Committed to contributing to a more sustainable future, Janne strives to exceed set targets in all his pursuits.
