At Refinitiv, an LSEG business, Janise served as the Ecosystem Lead for Thomson Reuters Labs in Asia, further enhancing her expertise in the tech industry.

Aside from her corporate roles, Janise has been actively involved in community-building initiatives such as serving on the Singapore Advisory Board at Startup Guide and as General Manager at LEVEL3 Singapore.
