Janine Zacharia

Janine Zacharia is a highly experienced journalist with an extensive background in covering the Middle East. She served as the Jerusalem Bureau Chief and Middle East Correspondent for the Washington Post, reporting from various countries in the region such as Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Iraq, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Turkey. Prior to her role at the Washington Post, she worked as the chief diplomatic correspondent for Bloomberg News in Washington, accompanying high-level officials on international trips. With previous positions including Washington bureau chief for the Jerusalem Post and correspondent for Reuters, Janine has established herself as a prominent figure in journalism and media analysis. She has contributed to publications like the New Republic and appeared on major news networks like MSNBC and CNN as a political analyst.
