Currently, Janine holds a leadership position at Docusign, overseeing the global ecosystem organization, which encompasses strategic partners, resellers, system integrators, and the large ISV ecosystem.

Before her role at Docusign, she spearheaded the IBM Blockchain strategy and ecosystem organization, managing a sizable team, establishing multiple Blockchain networks, designing and executing new business models, and cultivating strategic partnerships.

Moreover, Janine is actively engaged in advising several startups, leveraging her extensive experience and know-how in the industry.
