Janice Tam

Janice Tam is a professional with a diverse educational background and a wealth of experience in customer success, strategic engagement, sales, operations, purchasing, and accounting.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Politics with a Minor in Business from Simon Fraser University, as well as additional studies in SCMP, Purchasing, Procurement/Acquisitions, and Contracts Management at APICS, and Political Science, Government, Law, and Accounting at Langara College.

Currently, Janice serves as a Customer Success Executive at Procurify, bringing her expertise from previous roles within the same company as Team Manager of Customer Success, Strategic Engagement Manager, Customer Success Manager, and Sales Development Representative.

Her earlier experiences include positions such as Operations Specialist at TAG Hardware, Head Purchaser at BE Pressure Supply Ltd., Business Office Operations at Sun Media, and Accounting Coordinator at Seanix Technology.
