Janet Yockers

Janet Yockers is a people-centric individual with a passion for building joy and fostering learning experiences. Currently, she serves as an Office Manager at Swiftype.

Janet pursued her education by studying Human Resources Management at the University of California, Berkeley, delving into a Study Abroad program at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, and obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Minnesota's Curtis L. Carlson School of Management.

Throughout her career, Janet has held various roles showcasing her versatility and skills. She was Studio Manager & Yoga Program Director at One Hot Yoga & Pilates and previously also served as a Yoga Instructor at Yoga To The People. With a background in office management, she held positions such as Office Manager at Swiftype and Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the CEO at Peek.com.

Janet's experience extends to Google, where she worked as an Account Strategist and an Associate Account Strategist. She also built her expertise through roles like Marketing Intern at University of Minnesota Recreational Sports, Teaching Assistant at Curtis L. Carlson School of Management, and in Business Resource and Administrative Intern roles.

Not only is Janet well-versed in office operations, but she also has a fitness background, having been a Group Fitness Spin Instructor at University of Minnesota Recreational Sports and a Business Manager and Language Instructor at Concordia Language Villages. Her diverse experiences have equipped her with a wide range of skills and a deep understanding of various professional domains.
