Janet Wood is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in marketing and commerce, having studied at the University of Alberta. She has held significant roles in various organizations, showcasing her expertise in leadership, human resources, and executive management.

With a wealth of experience in the technology and corporate sectors, Janet has served on the Board of Directors for reputable companies such as Cubicfarm Systems Corp., Calgary Scientific Inc, ICBC, and Junior Achievement of BC. Her contributions as a Board Member have been instrumental in driving strategic initiatives and shaping organizational success.

Prior to her board positions, Janet held esteemed roles including Interim President and CEO at Science World British Columbia, where she demonstrated exceptional leadership and governance skills. Her tenure at SAP saw her serving in pivotal roles such as Human Resources Leader, Global Head of Talent and Leadership, Executive Vice President of Global Strategic Service Partners, and Executive Vice President of Global Maintenance GTM.

Janet's extensive career also includes roles at Business Objects, Crystal Decisions, and IBM, where she held positions like Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships and Integration, Vice President of OEM and Alliances, and General Manager of Ebusiness Solution Sales.
