I help customers analyze and assess their current supply chains, determining if C.H. Robinson may help them determine a smart solution for managing their spend while increasing their efficiencies through the utilization of all transportation modes and technology. After determining a smart solution, I will manage their account, determining the best mode of transportation and the right carrier for their shipment, that will help mitigate their costs and increase efficiencies.

Interviewed students on the phone to make sure the school was a good fit and what they were looking for. Helped them determine which degree was what they were seeking. Walked through enrollment documents on the phone and filling out their funding documents (military TA, VA benefits, FAFSA, etc.). Taught them how to use the classroom/system to complete their coursework. Helped solve any and all issues with evaluations with remaining classes and classes accepted as transfer credit.

Admissions Representative

Shift manager making sure restaurant ran successfully and guests were satisfied. Interviewed all new hires and helped complete new hire paperwork and training schedule. Completed all work for corporate and headquarters including payroll, tipshare, deposits, and change orders each week.
