Jane Wood, PhD

Dr. Jane Wood holds a PhD in English and has a strong academic background, including an MA and PhD from The University of Kansas, a BA from the University of Missouri-Columbia.

With a wealth of experience in higher education leadership, Jane has held various prestigious positions such as President at Bluffton University, Vice-President for Academic Affairs at Mount Marty College and Westminster College, and Dean at Park University.

Her academic career also includes roles as a tenured Associate Professor and Chair of the Department of English at Park University, as well as an Assistant Professor and Chair of the MLA Program at Baker University.

Dr. Wood's contributions extend beyond academia, having served as the Director of the Women's Center and a Lecturer in the English Department at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
