Jane Shvets

Jane Shvets is a partner at Debevoise's White Collar & Regulatory Defense Group and Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice in London, with a focus on white collar defense and internal investigations, compliance with corrupt practices legislation, data protection, and cybersecurity.

She has extensive experience representing U.S. and foreign corporate clients in complex litigation and international arbitration matters, especially in Eastern Europe and Russia, across various industries like transportation, natural resources, food & beverage, retail, and construction.

Ms. Shvets frequently speaks at conferences and events on white collar issues and has authored multiple publications in the field.

She holds a JD from Harvard Law School and a B.A. in Politics and European Studies from New York University, and she is a member of the New York bar, fluent in Russian and proficient in Ukrainian.

Previously, she has held positions as International Counsel, Assistant District Attorney at Kings County District Attorneys Office, and Associate at Debevoise & Plimpton.
