Jane Lee is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various high-level roles in the financial and consulting sectors.

She obtained her AB in Russian Regional Studies from Columbia College, followed by an MIA specializing in Post-Soviet Economic Reform from Columbia University - School of International and Public Affairs. Additionally, she studied International History as part of her General Studies program at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Jane's professional journey includes serving as the Senior Vice President of HR Strategy, Consulting, and Insights at Wells Fargo. Prior to this, she held prominent positions such as Senior Strategist at Chela Education Financing, Regional Strategist-Europe at Softbank Emerging Markets (SBEM) Venture Capital, and Principal Manager focused on Market Strategy and Development at Bank of America - Global Corporate and Investment Bank.

Her earlier career roles exhibit her proficiency in consultancy, where she worked as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company and as a Team Leader specializing in Small Scale Privatization at the IFC - International Finance Corporation, receiving the prestigious World Bank Project of the Year Award for her exceptional contributions.
