Jane Fedder is a highly experienced environmental lawyer with over thirty years of legal practice, specializing in resolving pollution-related legal responsibilities involving air, water, and soil.

She has a successful track record in mediations, trials, and appeals, handling criminal and civil administrative and judicial enforcement cases under federal environmental statutes and state law equivalents.

Jane excels in both pursuing and defending against CERCLA private party cost recovery and contribution lawsuits and has served as joint defense and liaison counsel in multiparty cases nationwide.

Her expertise extends to defeating nuisance, medical monitoring, property damage, and citizen suit litigation, along with securing judgments against insurance companies that failed to support clients in environmental actions.
