Janakan (Jay) Sivachelvan

Janakan (Jay) Sivachelvan is an experienced business professional who has worked in various roles in the software, internet, investment banking, and private equity sectors. He graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and Finance from The University of Texas at Austin and went on to complete his Masters of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management.

Before joining Anaplan as Director of Strategic Alliances, Jay worked as Director of Corporate Strategy and Partnerships at Gooddata, where he also served as Chief of Staff to the Executive Team. Prior to that, he held roles in private equity and investment banking, including stints at H.I.G. Capital and Stifel Financial Corp., where he focused on the software and internet industries.

Throughout his career, Jay has demonstrated his strength in building and maintaining strong partnerships and alliances, which he brings to his current role as Global Director of Strategic Alliances at Anaplan. He has also shown a passion for exploring different cultures and perspectives, having studied Economics, German, and International Studies at Wu (Vienna University of Economics and Business).
