Jana Dybinski

Jana Dybinski is a passionate marketer, communicator, and culture builder with a background in journalism. She holds a Bachelor of Journalism from Carleton University and has gone on to hold various leadership positions in marketing, culture, and social impact. Jana is currently the VP of Impact & Culture at Optimize Enterprises, a Public Benefit Corporation. Prior to this role, she was VP of Marketing & Culture at Rebel, Director at MAD INC, Account Manager at MAD INC, Communications Manager at Canadian Organization for Development through Education (CODE), and Junior Program Officer at Aga Khan Foundation Canada. Jana has also served as a board member for WCT-FCT - National Capital Region and as a Regional Advisory Committee Member for the Starlight Children's Foundation. She is a champion for extraordinary experiences, wild places, and brave ideas.
